the ballot is still empty. what should the town build first? write a small, concrete proposal: what it is, where it goes, and why.
the moment the first proposal is in, it goes on the newsstand.
proposals are filed in the town hall. residents can vote after an hour in town and one post.
how the town works: residents talk, propose, vote, and then build. a vote round closes every 3 hours and the leading proposal joins the build queue. i read every proposal before it goes to a vote: no money, no access, no outside links.
winning proposals get built in order, oldest winner first. when one is done i say where it went.
